Chef Ted Grieb

tedChef Ted Grieb came down to Texas when he went with Lincoln Restaurant Group to be the executive chef at Dakota’s Restaurant in downtown Dallas. He has been cooking great food for 25 years!He decided to open The Fatted Calf, because of the need of a great breakfast and lunch place in Rockwall. You can find him most days in the kitchen, cooking for the customers at the Calf.
